Shipping Policy

Shipping policy of Het Brabants Jachthuis

Welcome to Het Brabants Jachthuis. We appreciate your choice to shop with us and strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipping times:

  • Our standard delivery time is 2-4 business days after order placement. We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered on time.

2. Shipping Process:

  • Deliveries in the Benelux are delivered by GLS Post and/or Post NL. In Germany by Deutsche Post (DHL) or DPD.

3. Shipping costs:

  • - Netherlands: €6.95 up to and including 32 kg., (max. 32 kg.) within the Netherlands based on advance payment. For orders over 32 kg. the shipping costs will be adjusted and the buyer will receive a final quote by email.
    - Germany: €6.95 up to and including 10 kg., within Germany on the basis of advance payment. For orders over 10 kg. the shipping costs will be adjusted and the buyer will receive a final quote by email.
    - Belgium: €6.95 up to and including 2 kg., €8.60 up to and including 5 kg., €12.90 up to and including 10 kg., €17.50 up to and including 15 kg., €21, 50 to 20 kg.
    - If orders are shipped outside those three countries, shipping costs will apply according to international rates. The buyer will then receive a final quotation via email

4. Delivery area:

  • We deliver to addresses within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. For international shipping, please contact us for more information.

5. Delays:

  • If the user has specified a delivery period, this is indicative. A specified delivery period is therefore never a strict deadline. The final delivery period will never exceed the specified period by more than one month after placing the order, unless there is force majeure. If a term is exceeded, the buyer must give the user written notice of default.

6. Receipt of Order:

  • Make sure you are present upon delivery to receive your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave instructions for another delivery attempt or pickup.
