The Wildboar Pro trousers contain a protective material across the entire front and at the back up to above the knees, tested and certified by the German KWF and DPLF test institutes, making the trousers resistant to an attack by wild boars. The Wildboar Pro Trousers are the most durable trousers in our range. Everything about the pants - from the strong canvas outer fabric to the GORE-TEX membrane - has been selected for its robustness and ability to withstand heavy use year after year. The Wildboar Pro Trousers are made of AirTechTM, a robust, windproof and water and dirt-repellent canvas fabric. The trousers are provided with a special knitted protective fabric made of strong polyethylene over the entire front and at the back up to above the knees. As a result, the trousers are certified and approved as a protective product for wild boar hunting by the German agricultural and forestry testing institutes, KWF (Das Kuratorium für Waldarbeit und Forsttechnik) and DPLF (Deutsche Prüf- und Zertifizierungsstelle für Land- und Forsttechnik). The trousers have a wind- and waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, which can withstand high water column pressure and is also very breathable and abrasion-resistant. The pants have a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish to repel water and dirt. There are zippers on the outside of the thighs with mesh at the back for ventilation during high exertion. The pants have open, slanted front pockets and two large pockets on the outside of the thighs. The right thigh pocket contains a cartridge holder for four rifle cartridges.
