Pulsar Proton FXQ30
The Pulsar Proton FXQ30 is attached to the riflescope using Pulsar's PSP adapter.
After you have mounted and adjusted the Proton for the first time, you do not need to adjust it again.
The PSP adapter allows extremely quick mounting of Proton on and off the scope, while the precise screen positioning mechanism ensures that the thermal imaging display is centered within the scope's field of view.
The Proton FXQ30 works best in combination with a riflescope that allows a magnification between 1.5 and 4x.
With the separately available PSP adapter (3 sizes) you can attach the Proton FXQ to rifle scopes with a lens diameter of 40mm to 65.6mm.
This means you can use the Proton with the most popular riflescopes such as the 1.5–6x42, 2–8x42, 3–9x40, 2–12x50 and 3–12x56.
Transform the Proton FXQ into a thermal monocular?
This can be done quickly and easily by mounting the Pulsar 5x30 B monocular. (not supplied as standard)
The PSP adapter can be left on the Proton so that it can be quickly placed on the rifle scope again.

Thanks to the modern athermal objective lens, you do not have to focus the Proton.
All control buttons are within easy reach on this compact device, but you can also operate the Proton remotely using the optional remote control. You can attach this to the rifle stock, for example, to make it even easier to operate the Proton.
